An estimate

The first step of our process is always a discussion about the design. Then, we will provide you with an estimate within 24 hours. If you’re happy with the cost, we will send a member of our design team and a surveyor to take final measurements.

The design must be approved by you before the production process can start.
After manufacturing is finished, we will transport and set up your item.

Get a quote

Following our initial discussion, we will send an estimated price for your bespoke product. This is usually returned within 24 hours.

Place your order

After you have confirmed your quote and are 100% happy, place your order.

Your survey

Once your order has been placed, a member of our survey team will visit your property and take the exact dimensions.

Approval

Once the survey is complete, we will get to work on returning the design of your project for approval based on the dimensions. Here you have unlimited revisions should you not be happy with the render.

Manufacturing

Now your project design has been approved our fabrication team will get to work on manufacturing your project.

Installation

Once manufactured, our installation team will book a date to instal your bespoke steel doors and windows.
